After receiving a definitely subpar display box from the company, instead of rating the item low, I emailed the company explaining the problem. First I received a return email within a couple of hours, which still did not resolve the issue I was trying to describe. However, a couple of hours later, I received a phone call from a representative of the company (Stacey, perhaps?).It's been a while now, and I don't have time to consult my notes before responding to Amazon's questions.However, when I described the problem on the phone, the company's rep immediately sent me an email of the item now being reviewed (another display box--same price as first one). She agreed that the one I originally got had rather glaring defects,and she apologized. She said not to bother to send the original display box back. She sent the new one out immediately, priority mail, at no charge to us, even though I told her that I was no longer in a rush. (The occasion the display box had been bought as a gift for was now past.) The replacement item arrived, at the newly promised time, and it is beautiful!! It was delivered to the birthday girl Monday night, and she is now happy too! I rate this company five stars on everything now!
