Review of First Alert 2037F .62 Cubic Foot Fire and Water File Chest

I bought this to store some keys and various condo files. It's nice and compact and seems well-made. I only wish this were a combination lock instead of one with a key. I'm afraid of losing the key and not being able to unlock it.
