I thought this might really tarnish, but in six months it has not! I have a southwest kitchen and bathroom. This fits nicely to keep rings etc in whenever I'm cleaning or cooking. I also stick it in my purse sometimes if I need to travel with extra jewelry. I wish Carolyn would make a larger one!
